Delivery Policy

MLBA Memberships will be activated immediately and all appropriate membership material will be sent at the next mailing date for new membership kits (1st and 15th of each month).

Merchandise orders will be fulfilled and shipped via common carrier within 2-3 business days. In the event that an item is back-ordered, you will be notified when to expect shipment.

Subscriptions will be activated immediately and you will receive your first issue on the regularly scheduled publication date following your order.


Return Policy

Non-merchandise purchases: Non-merchandise purchases such as MLBA Membership are non-refundable.

Class registrations: TAM class registrations are refundable in whole ONLY when cancelled three business days prior to the scheduled class session.

Subscriptions: Magazine subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds may be available on a prorated basis reflecting the amount of time left in your original subscription order.

Merchandise: Merchandise may be returned to MLBA within 30 days for a refund. Returned items must be received un-used and in good condition. Computer disks, video tapes, CDs and DVDs will only be eligible for refund if returned unopened in their original packaging.
