No RNDC/NWS Spirits Deliveries Nov. 9-15
A potential sale of RNDC/NWS Michigan to Great Lakes Wine and Spirits (GLWAS) is currently pending bankruptcy court approval.
The Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) will work closely with RNDC/NWS Michigan and GLWAS on the anticipated sale and transition in the coming weeks. GLWAS has operated as an ADA for 3 decades and has been a good partner serving retailer licensees throughout Michigan.
In order to have a smooth transition we are providing the following information regarding ordering and deliveries.
The transition is anticipated to happen November 9-15, 2026, subject to court approval of the potential sale. Spirits products will not be delivered from RNDC/NWS Michigan (ADA 321) from November 9-15.
RNDC Last Delivery Date, November 6, 2026
November 6 will be the last delivery date for spirits products from RNDC/NWS Michigan (ADA 321) before the anticipated transition.
Order Spirits In Advance for Week of November 9-15, 2026
Licensees should order any spirits products delivered by RNDC/NWS Michigan (ADA 321) needed for November 9-15, 2026 on or by your scheduled order day for delivery the week of November 1 or earlier. Your order cutoff time and your delivery day will not change.
Only ADA 321 Affected
This delivery change will only impact spirits products delivered by RNDC/NWS Michigan (ADA 321). Products ordered from ADA 141 and ADA 221 will not be affected.
After This Delivery Change
Spirits products will resume being delivered by NWS Michigan (ADA 321). You will still see ADA 321 listed when ordering. Your order cutoff time and your delivery day will not change. The MLCC is committed to ensuring that the spirits products available in Michigan continue to be delivered. We appreciate your patience during this time.
